Message Quarantine

Message Quarantine in AES 2.0 is a simple, effective feature that holds suspicious messages on AES servers for later review and retrieval. AES is a very flexible service and allows each user to specify their own preferences and control their own message quarantine. When quarantine is activated, messages that AES positively identifies as spam are rejected and questionable messages are held in quarantine for at least seven days or until released to the user's inbox.

Quarantine Management

Users have full control of their personal quarantine and can retrieve messages at any time during the quarantine period. Optional daily quarantine notices sent to your inbox remind you when quarantined messages deserve a closer look. Administrators can manage quarantine for their entire domain or delegate the task to individual users.

Administrator Controls

In addition to end-user controls and quarantine management, each domain administrator has the ability to view and search the quarantine for their entire domain. This feature is a direct result of feedback from our customers. We recognize that not all users can grasp the concepts involved with spam mamangement and message quarantine. That's exactly why we allow you, the administrator, to exercise complete control over all user-level controls.
